Green Chile Dip
|Canned whole green chiles||4 Ounce, rinsed, seeded (1 Can)|
|Black olives||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted|
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a small bowl, stir the yogurt, mayonnaise, salt and chili powder together.
2) In a food processor with a metal blade, process the chilies until finely chopped and stir into the yogurt.
4) Process the olives until finely chopped, then stir into the yogurt, mix well.
5) Cover and place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
6) Use as required.
