Ingredients
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, minced
  Parsley leaves 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic cloves 1 Large, minced
  Skim milk yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dry mustard powder 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chili powder To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1 Tablespoon, freshly ground
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it.
2) Blend thoroughly until mixture becomes creamy and smooth.
3) Place in refrigerator.

SERVING
4) Serve the mixture chilled.
