Garlic Dip

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor jar, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
2. Blend on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Alternatively, you can sieve the cottage cheese through a fine meshed sieve and whisk in the yogurt.
3. Add parsley and garlic and mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve this creamy cheese dip with whole wheat crackers or vegetable crudités of your choice.
