|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon, minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
1. In a food processor jar, combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
2. Blend on medium speed until creamy and smooth. Alternatively, you can sieve the cottage cheese through a fine meshed sieve and whisk in the yogurt.
3. Add parsley and garlic and mix well.
4. Serve this creamy cheese dip with whole wheat crackers or vegetable cruditÃ©s of your choice.
