Cucumber and Yogurt Dip
|Plain low-fat yogurt||8 Ounce (1 Container)|
|Garlic powder||To Taste|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Dash|
1) Scrape the cucumber to remove wax.
2) Grate the un-peeled cucumber and sieve very well until almost dry by separating the juice.
3) Now mix together all the other ingredients.
4) Garnish the dip with fresh dill and serve with grilled meat or vegetables or bread triangles.
