Tangy Horseradish Dip

Ingredients
  99% fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Horseradish 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Drop
  Hot pepper sauce 2 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1) In a high speed blender or mixer, beat the cottage cheese,
horseradish, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce together.
2) Place in the refrigerator to chill before serving.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
