Avocado And Tomato Dip

Ingredients
  Ripe avocados 1 Pound (2 Avocados, 450 Gram Approximately)
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled, seeded and chopped
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced and rind grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Chopped cooked spinach 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Cheese curd 1⁄2 Pound (225 Gram)
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Pinch (Good Pinch)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the avocados.
2. Scoop the flesh and then sieve it to get a smooth paste
3. Set aside till required

MAKING
4. In a blender bowl, tip in the tomatoes, garlic, onion, spinach, the tomato puree, lemon juice, and rind. Blend till a smooth paste.
5. In a large bowl, tip in the remaining ingredient and season to taste
6. Transfer this to a large bowl
7. Cover with greaseproof paper and then chill for one hour or till cold

FINALIZING
8. Garnish with sour cream just before serving

SERVING
9. Serve with crudit├ęs or sticks of carrot, celery, pepper etc or crackers

TIP
This pate can also be used as a stuffing for small tomatoes.
