Chili Dip Ole
|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, ground|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Seasoning mix envelope||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Chili seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Corn chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (As Required)|
1) In a medium glass bowl, crumble the ground beef and stir in the onions.
2) Cook in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the beef is browned, stir once then drain.
3) Stir in the chili seasoning, tomato paste and sugar, then cook in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
4) Serve the dip warm alongwith the corn chips.
