Savory Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  99% fat free cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Crumbled bleu cheese 4 Ounce
  Bleu cheese 4 Ounce, crumbled to make 1 cup
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low fat plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a high speed blender or mixer, beat the onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt together.
2) Gently fold in the yogurt, cover and chill in the refrigerator before serving.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
