Currant Mustard Dip
|Currant jelly||6 Ounce|
|Dijon mustard||4 Tablespoon|
1. In a small bowl, combine jelly and mustard.
2. Use a small wire whisk or a large fork to whisk the mixture vigorously until thoroughly blended.
3. Let stand for 5 minutes then beat again until the jelly melts completely to form a smooth consistency sauce.
4. Use this as a sauce or as a dip for Hors d'oeuvres or crudites.
