Ingredients
  99% fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 2 Teaspoon
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, whip the bouillon, cottage cheese and water in a blender until creamy.
2) Stir in the parsely, chives and dill, mix well and refrigerate
for minimum 1 hour before serving.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
