Peanut Dip

Ingredients
  Roasted salted peanuts 1⁄2 Pound, rinsed if salted (225 Gram)
  Ripe bananas 2 , peeled, sliced
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Grated lemon rind 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Tomato puree 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar in the raw 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Natural yogurt 3 Fluid Ounce (90 Milliliter)
  Honey/Raw cane sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Breadcrumbs 3 Ounce
  Butter/Margarine 4 Ounce, softened
  Vegetable margarine/Butter 4 Ounce, softened (100 Gram)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In a blender bowl, blend the peanuts to a paste
2. Set aside till required

MAKING
3. In another blender bowl, puree the bananas, onion, lemon juice and rind, tomato puree (paste), honey and yogurt
4. In another bowl, mix all the pastes together
5. Season the mix

FINALIZING
6. Spoon the mixture into individual serving bowls
7. Set aside to chill for 1 hour.

SERVING
8. Serve with crackers or celery
9. Serve as a spread for toasted pita triangles
