Zesty Corn Dip with Veggies

Ingredients
  Reduced fat cream cheese 16 Ounce, softened (2 Packages, Neufchatel Cheese, 8 Once Each)
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground red chilies/Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Canned whole kernel corn 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, chopped to make 1/4 cup
  Assorted vegetables 6 Cup (96 tbs) (Use Jicama Strips, Grape Tomatoes, Bell Pepper Strips, Carrot And Celery Sticks)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, lime juice, the chiles, the cumin, salt and pepper till well mixed
2. Run the mixer at medium speed till the mixture is uniform
3. Gently stir in the corn, walnuts and the onion till well incorporated

FINALIZING
4. Refrigerate for an hour before serving

SERVING
5. Serve with vegetables.
