|99% fat free cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese||6 Ounce (1 1/2 Cup)|
1) In a bowl, mix the onion, cottage cheese, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce together.
2) In a high speed blender or mixer, beat the mixture until smooth.
3) With the blender on, gradually add 1 cup of the shredded cheese and blend further until the mixture is smooth.
4) Then gently fold in rest of the shredded cheese.
5) Use as required.
