Sage And Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon (fresh)
  Chickpeas 2 Can (20 oz), rinsed and drained
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium, juiced
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Rinse the chickpeas and drain well.
2. In a food processor, place the chickpeas, parsley, sage, red peppers, salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
3. Put the lid on and process for about 3 to 5 minutes or until the mixture turns into coarse paste.

SERVING
4. In a serving bowl, transfer the hummus and serve it with warm pita breads if desired.
