Super easy spicy red pepper Dip recipe has a nice nutty flavor from the cashews, and the delicious spicy-sweetness of the red pepper. In less than a few minutes, you are stoked on a new dip, for dinner, a party or snacking. Raw never tasted so good!
1 Medium, chop
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1 Cup (16 tbs), soaked in water for 1 hour, drained well
1 Clove (5 gm)
Red pepper flakes
1. Soak the cashew in water for 60 minutes and then drain.
2. Chop the red pepper.
3. Blend the red pepper along with water in a blender; add the cashew, garlic, sea salt, olive oil and the red pepper flakes.
4. Blend all the ingredients well for 2 minutes.
5. Serve the red pepper dip along with veggies sticks.
