Horseradish Cream Cheese Dip
|Cream cheese||6 Ounce (2 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)|
|Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Approximately)|
|Freshly grated horseradish||4 Tablespoon|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1) In a bowl, mash cheese and then blend in the sour cream.
2) Toss in horseradish.
3) Season with salt and pepper and blend the mixture until the mixture turns fluffy.
4) Chill the mixture.
5) Garnish with parsley.
6) Serve with thinly sliced raw vegetables.
