Creamy Spinach Dip
|Light mayo||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Reduced fat sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Light)|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, thawed and well drained (1 Package)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
1) In a medium bowl, add mayonnaise and sour cream to combine.
2) Fold in remaining ingredients and stir well.
3) Cover with a lid and place inside refrigerator to chill for several hours.
4) Serve with assorted cut up fresh vegetables.
