Tofu Dip

Ingredients
  Tofu 1⁄4 Pound
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Salt 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, mash the tofu gently with a fork, add all the other ingredients, blend well.

FINALIZING
2) Store in the refrigerator in an airtight jar.
SERVING
3) Serve when desired.
