|Macaroons||12 , crushed|
|Firmly packed light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Pineapple chunks||3 Tablespoon|
|Peaches||3 Tablespoon, sliced|
|Melon||3 Tablespoon, cubed|
1. Take a bowl, add macaroons, sour cream and sugar, mix thoroughly and allow to chill for 4 to 6 hours or till macaroon pieces become soft.
2. Take a large platter and in the middle, place the dip and surround with fruits.
3. Top with brandy or kirsch, if desired and serve.
1. Do not stir the macaroon pieces kept for chilling as they will break into smaller crumbs.
