Green Chile Cheese Dip
|California green chiles||4 Ounce, diced (1 Can)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Half and half/Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Light Cream)|
Add chiles, sour cream, and onion to cream cheese and beat with a mixer until well blended.
Add enough half-and-half to get correct dipping consistency.
Cover and refrigerate for several hours to blend.
Serve with crisp-fried tortillas or corn-flavored chips.
