Roquefort And Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Roquefort 4 Ounce, crumbled (1 Package)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, cheese, garlic, and salt in a blender; whirl until smoothly pureed.
Refrigerate several hours or until next day.
Serve with crisp crackers or raw vegetables.
