Hot Beef Dip
|Dried beef||2 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Cup, Jarred)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Package cream cheese||8 Ounce, cubed|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain and chop.
Cook onion in margarine until tender.
Stir in milk and cream cheese; mix until well-blended.
Add dried beef and remaining ingredients.
