Cream Cheese Dips

Ingredients
  Cucumber slice 1 , finely chopped
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Green coloring 2 Drop
  Cress 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Add salt to cucumber and keep aside for 5 minutes.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, using a wooden spoon, mash cheese to a smooth paste.
3) Mix in cucumber, onion, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice and then garlic salt.
4) Color the mixture to pale green with a skewer dipped into green colouring.

SERVING
5) Use as required after garnishing with cress.
