Dilly Crab Dip

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flaked cooked crabmeat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cartilage Removed)
  Finely chopped onion/Green onion 2 Teaspoon
  Dried dillweed 1 Teaspoon
  Finely shredded lime peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Ground red pepper 1 Dash (Optional)
Directions

1. In a small mixing bowl stir together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, 2/3 cup of the flaked crabmeat, the onion, dill-weed, lime peel, lime juice, hot pepper sauce, and, if desired, ground red pepper. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle dip with reserved crabmeat.
