Layered Shrimp Dip
|Frozen shrimp/Fresh shrimp||1 1⁄2 Pound, cooked and peeled|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce, softened|
|Dairy sour cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground red pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Bottled chili sauce||12 Ounce (1 Bottle)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced ripe olives||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 Small, seeded and finely chopped|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cup)|
|Corn tortilla chips/Assorted crackers||10|
1)Thaw frozen shrimp.
2)Keep aside 6 shrimps for garnishing. Chop up all remaining shrimp.
3)In a medium bowl, mix together, sour cream and cream cheese. Add in Worcestershire sauce, red pepper, garlic and lemon juice.
4)Take a 8 inch round baking dish and transfer mixture into it. Spread evenly.
5)Layer top with onion, shrimp, chili sauce, olives, green pepper and cheese.
6)Decorate with 6 reserved shrimps and serve with tortilla chips, assorted crackers and corn chips.
