Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
  Finely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 3 , finely chopped
  Carrot 1 , shredded
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Prepare a mixture of celery, chives, tomatoes, carrot and cucumber.
2. Mix rest of the ingredients and blend well. Add the vegetable and vinegar mixture and allow to chill for about 2 to 3 hours.

SERVING
3. Serve as dip for assorted snack crackers.
