Ingredients
  Cucumbers 2 Large, unpeeled and grated
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hellman'S)
  Grated raw carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped radishes 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Mix together all ingredients.
Makes about 2 cups of dip.
