Chilled Artichokes With Two Dips

Ingredients
  Artichokes 4 Large
  Curry dip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Dilly crab dip 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

1. Trim and cook artichokes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Or, cover and chill thoroughly.
2. To serve, pull off all outer leaves and arrange on a serving platter with both dips. Discard sharp inner artichoke leaves and fuzzy choke. Slice artichoke heart (the bottom) and add to platter or reserve for another use.
