Chilled Artichokes with Two Dips
|Curry dip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Dilly crab dip||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
1. Trim and cook artichokes. Serve warm or at room temperature. Or, cover and chill thoroughly.
2. To serve, pull off all outer leaves and arrange on a serving platter with both dips. Discard sharp inner artichoke leaves and fuzzy choke. Slice artichoke heart (the bottom) and add to platter or reserve for another use.
