Cheddar Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Cheddar cheese 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Dry mustard 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Soft butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tabasco 2 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, grate the cheese and add mustard, parsley, green onion, soft butter, satsup, dry sherry and tobacco drops to it and blend until smooth.

SERVING
2.Serve in a bowl.
