Hummus In Red Onion

Ingredients
  Red onions 2 Large, sliced
  Balsamic vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Soaked chick peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Tahini paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 190*C.

MAKING
2. In a baking sheet, place sliced onions, coat it with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Pop it into the oven and bake until brown.
4. In a blender, combine onions, chickpeas, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, tahini paste, salt and lemon.Blend till smooth.

SERVING
5. Top it with onions and olive oil and serve.
