Black Olive Dip

Ingredients
  Black olives 225 Gram, pitted
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Dried red chili flakes 1 Pinch
  Ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned capers 1 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed
  Lemon 1 , zest grated and juice extracted
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth - unless you prefer to leave it slightly chunky.
