Pepper Dips With Crudites

Ingredients
  Red peppers 2 Medium, halved and seeded
  Yellow peppers 2 Medium, halved and seeded
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 20 Milliliter (4 Teaspoon)
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Fresh vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Dipping)
Directions

1. Place the peppers in separate saucepans with a peeled clove of garlic. Add just enough water to cover.
2. Bring to the boil, then cover and simmer for 15 minutes until tender. Drain, cool, then puree separately in a food processor or blender, adding half the lemon juice and olive oil to each.
3. Stir half the breadcrumbs into each and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve the dips with a selection of fresh vegetables for dipping.
