Hot Cranberry Dip
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh cranberries||1 Pound|
In a large saucepan combine sugar with water.
Heat to dissolve susar.
then boil 5 minutes.
Add cranberries and simmer about 10 minutes or until skins burst.
Remove saucepan from heat; stir in port.
Pour into fondue pot and serve with diced chicken or turkey.
