Crab Cheese Dip
|Lime juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Worcester sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked crab meat||115 Gram|
1. Grate cheese. Put into a bowl. Add milk, a little at a time and cream well to get the consistency of cream cheese.
2. Add lime juice, Worcester sauce, finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and finely chopped crab meat.
3. Chill and serve with wafers, salt biscuits, cream crackers or pieces of freshly baked bread.
