Walnut Dip

Ingredients
  Walnut pieces 4 Ounce (125 gram)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Natural low fat yogurt 8 Ounce (250 gram)
  Cucumber 1⁄4 , peeled
Directions

Put the walnut pieces, garlic, oil and lemon juice in an electric blender and work until smooth.
Add the yogurt and blend in quickly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Chop the cucumber finely and stir into the dip.
Serve chilled, with crisp fresh vegetables or biscuits.
