Hot Cheese Dip With Fruit

Ingredients
  Shredded sharp process american cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded process swiss cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), Processed
  Evaporated milk 6 Ounce (2/3 Cup / Can)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Hot pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Chopped canned pimiento 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Apples/Pears 1 , cut into wedges
Directions

Place cheeses, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in small saucepan or chafing dish.
Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in pimiento.
Serve hot from chafing dish for dipping with apple or pear wedges.
