Hot Cheese Dip With Fruit
|Shredded sharp process american cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded process swiss cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), Processed|
|Evaporated milk||6 Ounce (2/3 Cup / Can)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Chopped canned pimiento||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Apples/Pears||1 , cut into wedges|
Place cheeses, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and hot pepper sauce in small saucepan or chafing dish.
Cook over low heat, stirring until cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in pimiento.
Serve hot from chafing dish for dipping with apple or pear wedges.
