Delicious Low Fat Hot Crab Dip

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Fat free cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  1/3 less fat cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Block)
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Lump crabmeat 1 Pound, shell pieces removed
  Cooking spray 1
  Grated fresh parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1.
Preheat oven to 3750.

Combine first 9 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth.

Combine cottage cheese mixture, cream cheese, and onions in a large bowl; gently fold in crab.
Place crab mixture in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Parmesan and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
