Aloha Dip

Ingredients
  Macaroons 12 , crushed
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pineapple chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Assorted berries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Melon chunks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a bowl, stir together macaroons, sugar, and sour cream.
Chill several hours to soften macaroon pieces.
Do not stir again or macaroon pieces will break into small crumbs.
Place chilled dip in center of a large platter.
Arrange fruits of your choice in groups around dip.
Sprinkle fruits with kirsch or brandy if desired.
