Walnut Onion Dip Or Spread

Ingredients
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients in electric blender and process until smooth.
Serve as a dip with fresh vegetable sticks or as a spread on herbed crackers or whole grain bread.
