Ingredients
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Grenadine syrup 2 Tablespoon
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce, softened
  Assorted fruits 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Grapes, Melons, Apple Slices, Orange Sections, Banana, Cherries, Strawberries)
Directions

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Add pineapple, orange and lemon juices.
Heat and stir in eggs and grenadine until it boils and thickens.
Add cheese in small pieces.
Whisk or beat until melted and smooth.
Chill.
Serve with fruit.
