Artichoke Dip

This artichoke dip is a must have at any gathering. Serve warm with an assortment of vegetables and crackers. Set the mood for the evening and enjoy with family and friends.
Ingredients
  Canned artichoke hearts 1 Can (10 oz)
  Mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
2. Drain and finely chop can of artichoke hearts or use a food processor.

MAKING
3. In a large bowl add in the artichokes, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
4. Season with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients well.
5. Pour the mixture into an oven proof pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.

SERVING
6. Serve Artichoke Dip with crackers and fresh vegetables.
