Cool Avocado Dip

Ingredients
  Avocados 1 Medium
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Onion 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut avocado in half, discard seed and scoop flesh into a bowl.
Mash with lemon juice until smooth then stir in sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Makes about 1-1/2 cups. Serve with chips.
