Shrimp And Dip
|Cleaned medium shrimp||3 Pound|
|Chili sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery seeds||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery stalks||1 1⁄2 , diced|
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
One day before serving, cook shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes or until they turn pink.
Combine remaining ingredients and chill thoroughly.
Place dip in serving bowl and surround with shrimp.
