1 Cut the avocados into halves, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
2 Mash with a fork or masher, then add the lime juice and salt and mix well.
3 Stir in remaining ingredients and mix until all are evenly distributed.
4 Taste and adjust seasoning. Some like guacamole hot while others like it quite mild. Often the piquancy is best determined by the other foods you are serving. If some like it hot and others don't, a solution is to serve a side dish of spicy Salsa
