|Canned artichoke hearts||14 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Mozzarella cheese||8 Ounce, shredded (1 Package)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a mixing bowl, stir together artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, and garlic powder until well mixed.
Mound mixture in a 1-quart casserole.
Bake for 25 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and top is light brown.
Top with parsley.
Serve with crusty bread.
