Creamy Kiwi Dip
|Kiwi fruit||3 , peeled|
|Cream cheese||12 Ounce, blended with 3 tablespoons milk|
|Milk||3 Tablespoon (For Blending Cream Cheese)|
|For melting moments|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
|Self rising flour||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Crushed cornflakes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
To make Melting Moments, cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg yolk and extract.
Gradually blend in flour to make a stiff dough.
Chill 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
Grease two baking sheets.
Shape dough into 30 small balls and lightly press each into crushed cornflakes.
Place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheets and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool on wire racks.
To make Creamy Kiwi Dip, put peeled kiwi fruit in a bowl and mash with a fork.
Stir in cream cheese mixture and sugar; mix well.
Spoon dip into a serving bowl and serve with Melting Moments.
