Low Calorie Spinach Dip
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Low fat plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Low fat cottage cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|1% milk||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Lite mayonnaise||3 Tablespoon|
|Fresh dill/1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced (Add More If Needed)|
|Seasoned salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Drain spinach well.
In a medium bowl mix spinach with yogurt.
In a blender container puree cottage cheese with enough milk to make of consistency of sour cream.
Add to spinach mixture with parsley, green onions, mayonnaise, dill, seasoned salt and pepper; mix well.
Refrigerate for 5 hours to overnight.
