Ingredients
  Chopped spinach 10 Ounce, thawed, well drained (1 Package)
  Salad dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  100% grated parmesan cheese 2 Ounce (1/2 Cup)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained, chopped
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix together ingredients until well blended; chill.
