Yip's Dip

Ingredients
  Avocado pears 3
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lemon)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pita bread 3 (For Serving)
Directions

Using a small sharp knife cut the pears in half lengthways and take out the stones.
Using a teaspoon scoop out all the flesh and put it into a blender or bowl.
Add the lemon juice, oil and seasoning.
Either liquidize for a few seconds in the blender or mash the pears with a fork.
Check the dip for seasoning and add a little more oil, salt and pepper if you like.
Put the dip into a small serving bowl and serve straightaway with warm pitta bread to dip into it.
Brown wholewheat bread is also good for dipping.
