Gourmet's Delight Chip Dip
|Canned artichokes||14 Ounce, drained (Not Marinated, 1 Can)|
|Salad dressing/Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Toasted bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat chips/Rye chips/crackers/crisp vegetable relishes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Cut each artichoke into sixths.
In small mixing bowl or microwave-proof serving dish, combine artichokes, salad dressing and cheese.
Microwave at High 3 to 4 minutes, or until hot, stirring carefully after 2 minutes and at the end.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Serve hot with chips, crackers or vegetables
